We build a few houses at a time so an owner can be on every site every week. Most of our houses are drawn by independent architects, and we would rather be the builder they recommend than the one with the biggest sign.
How we are set up
One owner who answers for the budget and the schedule. One project manager who writes the Friday report. One site lead on site every working day. Trade partners we have worked with for years (names on request).
